About Amplify Fitness
In 2007, Anthony Gajkowski opened Amplify Fitness to give the Chicago area a focused and professional solution to improving fitness at all levels. Instead of coordinating specialists across town or the outlying suburbs, Amplify Fitness brings together a triad of services to save time and money and to avoid confusion.
Our commitment is providing each client with services to improve overall fitness, both in everyday life and sport performance. Client goals are the framework by which a plan is formulated to reach the desired end result. Proactive approaches to health at Amplify Fitness include personal training, massage therapy, and nutrition analysis with diet planning.

As a graduate of WMTI, Anthony realized that one of the keys to offering total fitness was therapeutic massage with a broad range of techniques. Pulling from modalities that include myofascial release, sports massage, range of motion applications, lymph drainage and deep tissue massage, therapeutic bodywork helps the body reset for physical activity. Simultaneous relaxation and muscle stimulation can have profound effects on the client's ability improve overall systemic vitality.
Since an active lifestyle with regular exercise is the foundation for achieving and maintaining a high fitness level, a personalized fitness program was added to the company’s services so clients could be better educated about the physiology, mechanics, and adaptability of the human body. With a background in functional fitness, practical exercise development, and a personal training certification from National Personal Training Institute clients have seen amazing results with Anthony and have yet to get bored with any Amplify Fitness training programs. Anthony became CrossFit Level I certified in May of 2009, adding intensity and ever-challenging program design to his clients’ workouts.
